The Cauldron - West Burton
Another of the Wensleydale waterfalls,
This is probably the easiest Waterfall to reach.
Park by the Village Green
Postcode for the Fox and Hounds Pub on the village green is DL8 4JY
Access is easy to either side by the small bridge and it is possible to walk under the bridge when the water level is low enough, or down at the other side, to photograph under the bridge.
For the more adventurous, there is a way to access the smaller fall above the main one. As you cross the bridge and head towards the overhang, look on your left, there is a small undefined VERY steep track that you can climb up and then follow. It takes you above the overhang. NOT advisable when wet! Safety must be paramount.
