Mallyan Spout
1 of 5 waterfalls that surround the little village of Goathland,
(Aidensfield of "Heartbeat" Fame).
Park in the village and walk back to the Mallyan Spout Hotel, Turn right (through a gate) down the side of the Mallyan Spout Hotel,
signposted ‘Footpath Mallyan Spout’, and descend into the woods- the climb back up is not for the faint-hearted, but there are several benches on which to sit and rest a moment.
