Ibbeth Peril
Probably better know amongst Cavers and Potholers, Ibbeth Peril is another unexpected roadside wonder.
On the Road between Cowgill and Dent you will find a convenient layby (Map ref' SD741864)
Don't take the path in front of you which takes you over "Nelly" bridge but take the dirt path that snakes off to the right before doubling back along the bed of the River Dee to the location of this "legendary" waterfall. Approx Distance 150m
(For more information see - "A 3 peaks up and Under" and "Glencoe Mountaineer" )
